A Las Vegas Original, Moondog

     Moondog is a 52 year old ex-professional wrestler who's also a stroke survivor.   He is 6' tall and 250 lbs and has blonde hair, blue eyes and a goatee.  Moondog is a handicapped entertainer that hasn't let having to use a power chair slow him down.   He gets around town in his red white and blue powerchair usually dressed as Uncle Sam.

     Moondog is a poet, musician, artist, and comedian.  He played with Bill Haley and His Comets, as well as Danny and the Juniors.  Back in 1979 he  was a champion on the game show Joker's Wild winning $10,000 and has appeared as an extra in a few movies as well as voice overs. Currently he is also the co-host and talent scout for a local all-talk celebrity radio show here in Las Vegas as well as a featured performer on Beacher's Madhouse.

     A former twelve year professional wrestler, Moondog was co-holder of the world tag team title four times over.  He was mean and ruthless in the squared circle, but a big old teddy bear outside the ring. Moondog has accomplished many things throughout the years, but the one he's most proud of is a charity he created himself called Moon Vision, in which he raises money to help struggling artists, like himself, realize their goals and potential. He also supports any and all animal charities. 

His dream has always been to be a professional entertainer and he refuses to let the stroke hold him back. Moondog has been selected as an official OJTALK.COM spokesperson.  Look for Moondog outside the courthouse when the next OJ Simpson trial begins September 8th.
